Who processes the data

What data is collected

• the name, contact (phone, WhatsApp or Telegram) and request text you enter in the form;
• ad tags from the link that brought you to the site: the campaign and ad names and the ad click id from Meta, Google or Yandex. They are kept in your browser for up to 90 days and sent with your request;
• technical data collected by the Meta pixel: cookies, IP address, browser details and actions on the site;
• when you send a request, the Meta pixel may pass your name and phone number in encrypted (hashed) form to match the request with an ad;
• if the Google Ads tag is on: Google cookies, IP address, browser details and whether you sent a request or opened WhatsApp after clicking an ad;
• Microsoft Clarity data: cookies, IP address, browser and device details, scrolling, clicks and movement on the page. Clarity hides the text you type into the form and does not record it.

Why

• to contact you about your request and discuss the website;
• to understand which ads bring requests and to show them to the right people;
• to see where the site is hard to use and improve it.

Who receives the data

Requests are delivered to me through the Telegram messenger. The Meta pixel passes technical data to Meta Platforms, the Google Ads tag to Google, and Clarity to Microsoft. These services may store data on servers outside Kazakhstan. The data is not sold or passed to anyone else.

How long it is kept

For as long as needed to answer your request and work on the project, or until you ask to delete it.

Your rights

You can find out what data about you is held, correct it, withdraw your consent and ask for it to be deleted. To do so, message me on WhatsApp at the number above.

Legal basis

Data is processed with your consent under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" No. 94-V of 21 May 2013, including consent to transfer it outside Kazakhstan:

• form data - you give consent by sending a request;
• cookies and technical data of the Meta pixel, the Google Ads tag and Microsoft Clarity - on your first visit the site shows a cookie notice. By continuing to use the site, you agree to their use. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by leaving the site.

Cookies

The site uses Meta pixel and Google Ads tag cookies to measure ads, and Microsoft Clarity cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Meta may use this data to show you ads on Instagram and Facebook, and Google in its search and on partner sites. You can turn off or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ads based on your activity on websites in your Meta ad settings (Accounts Center → Ad preferences) and in Google (myadcenter.google.com).
